Policy Cancellations (all products) There are no returns on custom items unless we determine them to be damaged in shipping. This can usually be done in emails with pictures. Cancellations will result in a cancellation fee (20%-40% depending on custom nature of product). We attempt to fill your order as fast as possible. Delays As with all products there can be unexpected delays from the manufacturer. Sometimes parts can be backordered, and that delay is out of our control. If you have a deadline PLEASE let us know and we will get you an ETA before you order. We do not like to delay your project. That said, usually all products ship quickly; this message is for those projects that are especially time critical. Returns Shipping is never refundable. It is possible for the customer to arrange return shipping themselves with return authorization.
