Is this a "do it yourself" project?
Yes, you can remove the fender and put the VLS kit on yourself if you have the right tools for the job. The VLS kit will come with complete instructions so you can install the kit properly. My best guess is that if you can change your brakes, you probably have enough wrench in you to install the doors.
Some parts of the install you'll want to have a friend avaliable. Removing the door and setting it down, holding the door up while someone else installs the shock are times when another hand would be very helpful. Most of the install can be done alone easily though. |
