Do I have to cut or roll my fender?
No.
The first VLS kits cut the fender to achieve their height. Since then development and design has eliminated the need to cut your fender.
Other kits out there may require you to roll your fender. The VLS is a true bolt on kit, in that you are getting a kit made for your car which does not require rolling or modifying the fender at all.
