new information about new hood designs, pricing, VLS, etc.
We will not answer emails asking us for any of those topics. It's not that we don't want to talk to you, but we are very busy servicing our existing customers, and we feel it is important that once we have your business that we make and/or ship your product as soon as possible.
Please do not email us asking for product release dates. I know you really
want to ask about your car, but we just can't respond to all of your emails.

Email us first. Questions we cannot answer by email will be escalated to a
phone call immediately. We simply cannot take every call for questions about
our products.
You'll find we usually get back to an email in minutes, and almost
always within the day. We understand with the internet most are used to instant
gratification, but we believe that servicing our customers and getting them
their product is paramount, and answering hundreds of calls doesn't work for
a smaller company. 20 10 minute calls is 2 hours and 40 minutes of time we
would rather be working for our customers. Those same 20 questions take minutes
to answer via email; it allows for us to answer questions at any time of
the day, nights, and give a documented record of conversations so there are
no misunderstandings. This
has proven very effective for us, and we hope you understand.
